Sea Urchin are spiny marine animals of the class Echinoidea. These animals are found in oceans all over the world. They have a spherical shell covered with spines. The diameter of the shell is usually 3–10 cm in adults. In some species, long and sharp spines protect sea urchins from predators. The main food of sea urchins is algae.
